• Will tap other language groups to make updates
• Deprecated inferred from pronoun used (Q73168402), inferred from person's given name (Q69652498), inferred from given name, image and pronoun used (Q123757526) and added has characteristic: obsolete with references back to RFC
• Added mandatory constraint qualifier on citation-need constraint for Property:P6553
• Created Property:P13589 reason for no value
